The style of the wines is the result of perfect and meticulous care that, from the vineyard to the cellar, is dedicated to all aspects of the production cycle, preserving the quality of the grapes that come to vinification and enhancing those uniqueness that our territory expresses through the Sangiovese, Merlot and Vermentino grapes.

The aging in barrels assumes a decisive importance for the evolution and longevity of the wines.

One of our main objectives is to safeguard the territory, practicing organic farming aimed at maintaining and improving soil fertility. We reduce the use of external inputs (energy and natural resources).

Our interest has always been to obtain quality products, free of toxic residues that respect the environment, such as the health of plants, animals and humans. We take care of our grapes following the natural course of nature.

All the farm land enjoys the advantages of a particular microclimate due to the morphology of the surrounding hills and the proximity of the sea.

The vineyards are located in a vast area with a strong wine vocation, at an altitude between 250 and 450 meters above sea level, with different types of soil ranging from clayey rich in skeleton to sandy.

Our symbol represents a griffon that ends in a fish tail, so we wanted represent the microclimate that benefits our company.

The Fattoria Montepescini is located on a hilly area a few kilometers from the Tuscan coast and the vineyards of the company therefore enjoy a good exposure and a mild climate; these conditions lead the grapes to perfect ripeness.
