Giovanni Foffani, now manager of the company together with his wife Elisabetta Missoni, after a professional career in the worlds of engineering and finance, has been managing the farm owned in Friuli full time for over 20 years.

His wife Elisabetta mainly takes care of the reception and organization of events.

His son Guglielmo, a biomedical engineer and musician, contributes his creativity to the cellar decisions.

Lorenzo takes care of the image and marketing aspects, while the youngest of the grandchildren, Romeo, is already running in the fields towards his future.

Starting from the cultivation of the vineyard, Giovanni equipped the company with the most modern equipment for the cellar and bottling.

With a total production of less than 100,000 bottles, the equipment is used on a small scale of processing, to accommodate the natural evolutions of the different wines: the traditional ones from Friuli, the international ones typical of our areas and our original creations, such as Merlot Bianco or Pinot Grigio Ramato, well appreciated in national and international markets.
